Nice environment but instructor got upset that we didn't tip her. Why do we need to tip a instructor as this is your job... tipping culture here is insane.
Don’t book, no comprises. Terrible over the phone customer service
We booked and paid for two spots for the open studio at Pinot's Palette, as their website states, "Come in anytime between 2:30pm and 5:30pm. It takes about an hour to paint a small canvas or two hours to paint a large canvas." We arrived at 4:40pm, only to be told we had missed our opportunity and were counted as a "no-show," despite arriving within the stated timeframe. Over priced and if your not in the area, not worth the drive. It's not sip and paint. It's paint and sip costco juice and wine for double the price. Instructor was very pleasant and accommodating to the experience so I gave a star to her.
Kind staff. Great studio, classes and prices. It’s one of my favourite places in Toronto. I’ve been coming for almost a year and hope they stay open.
