Went here today and while it was a nice experience, I do have one major complaint. There was a person attending using extremely inappropriate language and comments during the entire class and nothing was said by either person running the class. While I get it that this is a different generation, we should still maintain that our businesses are run with class and make it enjoyable for everyone. Disappointing.
had a wonderful experience celebrating my daughter's birthday at Pinot's Palette. the initial information call with Ansh made me confident that choosing this place would be the right choice. Kara the manager helped confirm everything and happily answered all my questions. on the final day, the paint instructor, HOPE was the sweetest. she was extremely patient with all the kids (6-7 year olds). helped them, provided ample time for the kids to catch up with painting at every step. This was such a fun experience! Perfect for a group of friends or a date night. I actually can’t wait to go back and test myself with different paintings. Also, it’s BYOB which makes it that much better. My only recommendation is not to drink too much because it can be challenging!
