My fiancé and I attended a sip and paint class 2 weeks ago and had a good time. We left our paintings to dry and a staff person promised to keep them for us to pick up for 2 weeks. When we called to make sure we could come to pick them up within that window, they said they already donated our paintings. They offered us 20% for the next class as an apology, which does not seem enough for the thrown away art work considering the prices of the classes. Pinot's Palette is amazing. Being able to paint and enjoy refreshments with friends and not have to set-up or clean up afterwards, what's not to love? And to do so with a friendly and encouraging instructor? Yeah, this place is great. Pinot's Palette is available for kid's parties as well as for adult gatherings. The place is open, has a large studio with multiple rooms and paintings on the walls. I gave it 4/5 stars because I wish they had a closer studio.
I went to celebrate my birthday last year and everyone was so friendly! I booked my session way in advance and when I came in they remembered my name and that it was my birthday 🥰 I felt so special and they gave me a birthday shot to top it off. The instructor was awesome and very patient, she made sure to clarify instructions one-on-one with folks if we were behind. From the staff to the patrons, it was an excellent vibe. Highly recommend and I’ll definitely be back!
Had a great experience here. We had Scott as our instructor and he was super friendly and chill guy. We were lucky to be a small group for the night but he made the night so enjoyable while providing good instruction but also having fun conversations with us. Definitely will be coming back!
