I've experienced horrible customer service. I used them to install my impact windows a few years back. I called now to get service work on a window that never opened after they installed it because i never needed to open it until now. It took them almost 3 weeks of calling to get someone out here to access the problem. I called once every week for 3 weeks to see when someone was coming.
