I've experienced horrible customer service. I used them to install my impact windows a few years back. I called now to get service work on a window that never opened after they installed it because i never needed to open it until now. It took them almost 3 weeks of calling to get someone out here to access the problem. I called once every week for 3 weeks to see when someone was coming. No lo recomiendo por muchos motivos, estoy muy decepcionada, después de la inversión me doy cuenta que el material usado es de baja calidad, la pintura se cayó a sólo 4 meses de instalada, los ruidos exteriores se escuchan mejor con estas ventanas de impactos, que con las ventanas tradicionales que tenía anteriormente y además el diseño de la ventana después de instalada no me gustó,pq le falta terminación
