Awful customer service. Leaving ASAP.
We have lived at one of the properties this place runs for 20+ years and we are always on time with the rent and now that I am one day late the stupid lady in the office is RUDE As hell. The owner's of this place need to find someone with some communication skills instead of the this RUDE lady
I would not recommend these apartments to anyone. I had the worst experience living at this apartment complex. Work orders that were never addressed, harassed by employees that belittled you because you were in a low income apartment by threatening you with fines instead of talking to you with respect like a human being. Always paid rent on time and never made any trouble but yet treated horrible because they could. Got exposed to second hand smoke for months before they acknowledged the problem.
