Having lived in a few different places in Durango, this is by far the best apartment complex we've stayed in or heard about. Overall the apartments are in very nice condition and its a good community. The facilities for hosting events and the after school program have made it well worth it for us. The location outside of town is not bad, just 10 min to town and we get to be outside of all the commotion and hike right outside our apartment. A few people don't get along with the managers, but that's the case everywhere. Great ... read more
