move in and they're still working on the apartment. children running, screeching and screaming at high pitches, riding bikes between bldgs out into parking lot and parents are no-where to be found. Consistantly smell weed and neighbors cigarette smoke. management won't do anything about it, because it could be "medical-weed". old pipes in bldg, most tenants left in 2013 due to pipes bursting. maintenance people always change. upstairs balconies are large, but when you walk on them you feel like you're going to fall through. ... read more
