Horrible property management. He doesn’t respect his tenants and he always creates problems from nothing. I've never felt uncomfortable at a property than in this one. I don't recommend this property for anyone who looks for peace.

Lived here 4+ years, great apartment at a reasonable (for the Bay Area!) price. Never had a major problem, and the few minor problems I had were fixed promptly and efficiently. Always found Jim easy to work with.
