Planning the funeral for my brother John was one of the hardest things my family will ever have to do, but Mr. Pinnington was incredibly helpful to all of us at this time. He put us at ease immediately, answered all of our questions, and made suggestions when they were needed. He listened to what we wanted, and never tried to "up sell" us. Excellent, Kind, Professionalize and understanding
Alex and the rest of his crew were amazing!! Everything went smoothly even our trip down 69 had some hitches lol but we made it. Thank you so much for what you did for my aunt and our families!! God bless you all!
I would highly recommend this funeral home. This was the first time I'd ever been to this business and Alex was awesome. He was very kind and attentive to the family. He interacted with everyone instead of staying in the back which I thought was very professional. Funerals are very hard and emotional but Alex Pinnington I'm sure you have helped many through their difficult time with your kindness and professionalism that you show. Extremely impressed!
