I lived at Pinneybrook for three and a half years. I really enjoyed living there. It was very quiet and calm. Never had any issues where the neighbors were super loud or I felt I needed to call police on anybody. It is a complex full of adults who behave like adults. I really enjoyed my time there and can highly recommend to anybody seeking peace and quiet. The management team is responsive and maintenance requests were dealt with in a timely manner. It's a good community to live in
