CAROLINA she is really nice and did great job OMG!!!I love my hair.
Had a scheduled appointment and nobody was even at the salon!!! No communication whatsoever. This is actually ridiculous.
Arrived to my appointment on time and was asked to come back later because the stylist was running behind. Wouldn’t have been a problem if she had called me before I left home but she seemed to not even realize she had an appointment scheduled at that time. Very unprofessional and unorganized.
