No sense of urgency. Unfortunately my wife has been in pain for 8 days and they have not been able to help. No matter how hard we try, the new new Pineapple Health team is slow to respond. There phone system doesn't work properly, when it does, they provide very little help. They have to send messages to the doctors, and they are slow to respond.
