Dr Bolinger is literally the best Dr I have ever had. I followed him to this area when he was in Hanover I believe. To the ppl that complain that a Dr doesn't come in right on time well did you ever think he was helping another patient just like you or maybe even worse...Dr Bolinger has done 2 back fusions for me that were fantastic! I am 2 weeks out and to wake up with no pain I can't even describe in words how that has changed my life. If you truly have back pain for EVERY second of the day you can understand how I feel. I was seen by Dr Wolf previously, but he has retired. I was recommended to see Dr. Robinson and had an appointment scheduled with him. I found out later that Dr. Bolinger in that practice as well, so I called and got rescheduled with him in April. I was on my portal just happened to find out that they have canceled my appointment with Dr. Bolinger and put me in with a different provider without notifying me. I had an appointment for 8:30 am., I checked in at 8:15 am., I got a phone call at 8:24 stating they would need to reschedule because Dr. Bolinger was not available. This was my third appointment, of which two had to be rescheduled, at least the first one they called before the appointment, calling me while I am sitting in the waiting room is unacceptable. If this how they treat their patients, NO THANK YOU. I will find another provider.
Just plain poor
My wife had a appointment this morning waited 6 weeks to get the appointment she is in a lot of pain has to walk with a cane cannt stand doctor must of had a bad drive in this morning he spent 4 minutes with her we had to drive 1 hour just to get there he was so unprofessional i would never go there again
