I had an appointment for 8:30 am., I checked in at 8:15 am., I got a phone call at 8:24 stating they would need to reschedule because Dr. Bolinger was not available. This was my third appointment, of which two had to be rescheduled, at least the first one they called before the appointment, calling me while I am sitting in the waiting room is unacceptable. If this how they treat their patients, NO THANK YOU. I will find another provider.
Just plain poor
My wife had a appointment this morning waited 6 weeks to get the appointment she is in a lot of pain has to walk with a cane cannt stand doctor must of had a bad drive in this morning he spent 4 minutes with her we had to drive 1 hour just to get there he was so unprofessional i would never go there again
Decided not to be ssen by Dr after very negative interaction/front desk...the one reception person handed me a mask while I was wearg one?! Never have felt so invisable...
I agree with Lisa, dismissive and arrogant. Go elsewhere this isn’t the only spinal center. They also never answer the phone.
