No recommendation here. I was misdiagnosed, passed around, then once I got to a surgeon that said he knew my condition, he spent the appointment on his phone. This testing he wanted isn't even the gold standard for my diagnosis. And when it was scheduled no one called me from pinnacle. The hospital called to schedule. I didnt even know what the test was. I just saw Dr. Kralik in the Sun City location and was put at ease with the information he provided me. I went to another vein clinic and they stated that I needed all of this work done, I wanted a second opinion from another doctor so I came here and met with Dr. Kralik and he actually listened. He spent time with me and answered all of my wife's questions that she had written down and also set my mind at ease. I am writing this to warn others - they must have amazing reviews because they pay people for them. There's a sign in the front office offering $5 if you write a review and I simply can't believe that I'm the only person who had this experience. I left multiple messages in person and over the phone requesting a call from Dr.Kralik as I had questions I wasn't comfortable asking in front of the patient (I'm POA and caregiver and patient and spouse both have alzheimers). Beware. This practice collects fees on date of service. Receipt shows amount paid, with no line item of services rendered. They do not honor Medicare contract for billing after insurance payments are received. All payments made are not recorded for viewing. Currently 3 payments not showing, with two others marked pending. To date, statements are 2 mo. in arrears.
