They do not honor Medicare contract for billing after insurance payments are received. All payments made are not recorded for viewing. Currently 3 payments not showing, with two others marked pending. To date, statements are 2 mo. in arrears.
Billing can’t seem to get the bill updated or correct in a timely manner. I had surgery in December and still have not received a statement or bill! At this point they owe me money! Well in the long run you cost me around a $500 loss for last you on my FSA card because you would not listen to me your customer so I’m done!
