We were referred to Pinnacle Vein from our primary care office. When we arrived I asked right away how much the office visit would cost. The receptionist informed me that she would request a call from Billing to answer that question. We never got a call from billing at all. After our second visit they knew they could not do anything for us. They then made a 3rd appointment to inform us that they could do nothing. That created another billable charge. Very happy to find nothing wrong with my legs. Very professional.
Billing is impossible to deal with, they aren’t honest with the costs either. Insurance may not cover it all because they don’t handle insurance well. They obviously don’t want to get paid. They should support better online self service payment arrangements.
