Was told they charge $99 just to give a QUOTE. That seems ridiculous and I'm not really sure what that fee is supposed to cover considering no work is actually done.
We needed to prune the branches of some large trees that overhung into our garden. Tech immediately came by to give us a quote, and returned the next day to do the work. He was fast, efficient, and very professional. Also, full of smiles and fun to boot! We'll be using his tree services from now on.
Pinnacle Tree Removal Pros team is very professional. I think my trees always come out nice when they are done with them. Their clean-up is always thorough. I love that they will leave me the mulch to use in my yard. They have done work at my home and at my investment properties and I have always been pleased with the work whether it was a simple trim job or complicated removal. I will always be using them for my tree project and service.
Incredible service and would recommend! I had a variety of trees that had dead limbs, some tree clean up and limbs that were over power lines that had to be cut. It was easy to schedule a quote and schedule to have a team come out to perform the work. We had an oak tree trimmed and a lot of clean out of other areas and the three men who worked on the property did a wonderful job and were a pleasure to work with. It is so refreshing to have contractors that care about their work, they do and it shows. Clean up was great and the cost was competitive. I did get other quotes but this company was the very best in service and price. I highly recommend them and will absolutely use them again.
