I’m extremely disappointed with this treatment center and the way they treat concerned family members. I called to check on my sister who told me she was entering their care and the entire experience was unacceptable. First they put me on hold for nearly an hour with no updates, no explanation and no basic courtesy. Edit: accidentally posted during a bit of an anxiety fit but I have rewritten parts and also finished what I meant to say Vince is the most caring doctor/NP/PA there, he genuinely listened to me and tried to help, I genuinely wish I could see him as a mental health provider outside of detox I enjoyed his caring demeanor so mucH, but I feel everyone there is so busy and overworked, I guess the drug crisis hit this area hard. Do not go in here because the staff does not care and the older black gentleman that works nights is very unprofessional and will talk about you not only to staff but to patients too

I just spent a week at the Portage county facility and never meet a inept group for rehabilitation in my days f needing help. For one they lied about what you could bring with you. For two when you arrive all they do is show where is where your room is . From there you're on your own. You sit there for hours HOURS then have to ask what the protocol is for the facility. Not enough scrubs to fit people in the right size. There are barely enough activities besides drawing. Was told on the phone you were able to smoke but only 3... read more
