This place refused to dose me after 4 years of clean urines. The nurses and director like to play power games with the clients to satisfy their "God" complexes. The state does nothing when they are reported. Lawyers will not take the case unless it's a slam dunk lawsuit and do not care how badly peoples civil rights are trampled in Healthcare. So I have been In this clinic since 2019 and wasn't clean the entire time. But the day I last used was 1/21/21. 35 clean drug test. I got pregnant the same day I got clean and my son is now 2 BTW. 35 clean drug tests and all of a sudden they tell me today that I fail for feyntal. Witch I haven't touched a drug since Jan 21st of 21. So of course my privileges are taken and I'm told because I'm "using" again they won't even let come down any more. The clinic itself is fine in my 8 month experience, however, WARNING: they cut corners by using a very bad (but cheap) laboratory for their drug tests. It is called Clinical Science Laboratory. Not JACHO accredited! And, if you google the results for the lab they use, you will see it just paid out a 1.5 million dollar claim for their incompetence. The people here lie about patients and make things up to make it extremely hard for a person to get help. These folks should have their license revoked, half time a nurse sees the patient and doctor isn’t even in the building, by far the most unprofessional place my friend had ever been. They don’t care about a person getting help, all they care about is taking your money and then saying you didn’t pay when u did.
They are the absolute worst clinic , you are making a big mistake going here. They cant keep counselors, never anything right.
