This review is strictly my experiences from Meny and not pinnacle. Came in to get taxes done by Meny 4/8, brought my paperwork. Emailed the rest that night. Called 3:25pm 4/10 and left a message with a receptionist for meny that I emailed my documents. 4/14 rolls around and called both at 8:40am and at 1:44pm with meny still unavailable, left two more messages on those calls.
