Pinnacle came from the Denver area to Colorado Springs to do micro piles for a foundation that was not done properly. It was a great job. They were very nice to work with. They also did voiding in my crawl space. I would highly recommend them.
We were told by Structural Engineer that we may need Hevical Piers under our soon to be replaced garage floor. Pinnacle sent out an incredible guy named Matt Harper. Matt was likeable, book smart and, most important, street smart. He quickly advise against the Piers for our residential garage. He stated “if it were mine” I’d go with concrete contractor suggesting Caisons and you will be served well for way less cost then adding the piers. Initial evaluation was quick and thorough. Matt did an outstanding job with details and explaining options. They provided several options at different costs and there was no pressure to go with the highest. There was a scheduling issue with the crew which I did not know about until they did not show up that day but they were very apologetic and rescheduled in the next 2 days. Pinnacle Structural Services were great! They gave us an estimate and looked at our job shortly after we first contacted them. They were more affordable then the competition and completed the job quickly and on budget. We are very pleased with the results and would use them again.
We had an excellent experience with Pinnacle from start to finish. They were transparent from the beginning about different options and ways to address our problems and the costs associated. They explained their processes clearly and kept us informed each step of the way, and when it finally came time for workers to be on site they were quick, efficient and courteous.
