Great service very friendly
Came to this location for a Uhaul pickup and corporate Uhaul messed up our reservation. Spoke with Shannon at the front desk, and this man went wayyyy out of his way to get our reservation corrected and as a one way rental as we needed, came and helped us move some stuff out of our storage unit, and then came back and offered us water. This man gets 10 stars! Thanks, Shannon! Keep killing it man!
They’re very helpful and quick to answer. John was kind and made renting a U-Haul as painless as possible
This is a great facility very clean and easy access.
I would advise not to hire moving help from the Sneads Ferry location. They recently moved me 75 miles and left me with a broken 85 inch TV and a dresser with a badly scratched top. Both were poorly packed in the truck. The TV had fallen over to the floor of the truck.
