It was convenient and easy to reserve the unit online. I hadn't noticed the follow-up email that contained the gate code, that was my fault for just being in such a frantic state of mind, but when I got to the location, at 10 minutes to closing, the personnel was extremely helpful and got me all set up. They even went the extra mile to help me set up the self storage app on my phone and then walked me to the unit. Solid deal on a UHaul. Good folks
I have rented here for years and my last rental, I received the truck at 1/4 tank and upon return, I accidently filled the tank up to full. $75-$80 later, I asked them to help me resolve it. John had a really bad attitude. He said they don't benefit from it, nobody benefits from uhaul and he just checks them in at 1/4 tank pays it forward. I called uhaul, no love either. Super bad business practices. Very shifty.
