I have been renting from this site almost a year. I was going a very large storage unit and was satisfied with it for the most part. The biggest complaint and really only complaint was that somebody in the building was using heavy doses of mothballs balls, Which occur permeated throughout all the storage units. Entire experience from check in to check out was smooth with no hoops to jump through. Will store here again if/when I need it.
Gregg Patterson and Jessica Smith are absolutely great. They are extremely nice and helpful. I will continue to rent from Pinnacle Storage every weekend due to my great customer service with them. Hopefully the owner will consider keeping a intown 4x8 uhaul 😉😉.
New facility: well laid out and clean!! Staff are pleasant to work with, knowledgeable, and very customer oriented. If everything stays this way - they will do very well. They are much needed!
