Letty was very knowledgeable and helping me with my experience to understand visual sizing , and actually seeing an understanding what can be put into a certain size. She very patient I enjoyed my experience with her and understanding exactly what it is and how her facility works.
The entire staff was friendly from our first steps in the door until we left. They made the process so easy to find a storage space that was right for us, and an easy and fast leasing process. Great to see customer service with a smile is still alive. The storage space is temperature controlled. They had a variety of sizes to choose from. The area is gated for protection, very clean spaces, automatic hands-free doors when your arms are full, and handy carts by each door if you have a lot of items to move-in. Crystal Maready is the best. She ran after us to give us the key for our unit. She is very sweet. 10/10 would recommend.
Extremely helpful staff and getting setup was quick and easy.
