Great customer service by Kellie, she helped us setup a climate controlled unit and went above and beyond to make sure we got what we needed.
Very very nice people , awesome experience here , as a mover the lady at the front desk made it super easy to get our job done today! . Also the units were cleaned and well kept. 10/10 recommend !
We rented a U-haul truck through Pinnacle Storage so we could move a piano we recently purchased. Ms. Kellie and her colleague Ms. Lynne were truly so wonderful. They greeted me by name when I walked in the door, helped us switch from our 10’ truck rental to a 15’ foot truck rental so we could have a ramp, and even gave us an extra furniture dolly when we mentioned we were moving a piano. Overall, they earned beyond a 5 star review from us and we would absolutely rent from them again.
Lynn was super nice and informative!
Lynn is the BEST! She helped us get right into a storage unit that fit our needs perfectly. Offering us water and coffee and offering up the bathroom. The process was very simple. The facilities are very secure and super clean. The climate controlled building was nice and cool, making our move in much easier on a humid day. I highly recommend Pinnacle Storage. Thank you Lynn!
