I was able to rent a unit on line then went to the location to find the unit before loading it up. I went into the office and the person working was very helpful. They assisted me with changing my access code to something that is easy for me to remember and offered to take me to my unit. I started loading it up and they have multiple carts available in the location to make packing much easier. Would highly recommend if anyone needs storage.
