We had this company come out and restore our master bathroom floor and steam shower in travertine stone. We hoped it would be improved but held out no great expectation. But WOW! We were amazed at how beautiful our shower and flooring looked after the two gentlemen worked on it diligently for the day. Our tile never, and I mean never, looked better. I did quite the research on natural stone restoration companies in my area. Pinnacle was the one that stuck out. I reached out to Kosta with pics and he responded with a reasonable invoice. I can say that I’m not disappointed AT ALL. Javier and Edgar did a great job restoring my travertine floors and grout lines with a light polish. As well as my natural stone shower walls and floor. I’m very pleased with the outcome. I will be doing business again with Pinnacle in the future.
I hired Pinnacle to refinish the marble flooring in my foyer. Overall, my experience was positive, and I would recommend them. The crew did a solid job, and the floor looks much better than before.
