Tom knows so much about the mechanics of running and breaks everything down super clear. I have a renewed confidence in what is the best way forward to minimise future lower body injuries. Guy has so much knowledge on shoes and i wish i saw him earlier so i could have the best running rotation for my needs. Also genuinely dont say this about a lot of health practitioners but Tom has honestly got your back. He made no pressure to make follow up appointments like some practitioners do.
Booked in for an initial consultation with Tom. He analysed what was going on with my Achilles and calf and was able to clearly explain exactly what was happening from a mechanical perspective. He amended my foot support on the spot and gave some advice on strength and general training so I can put the work in myself. Exactly what I was looking for. Thanks, Tom.
