Pinnacle Roofing Systems replaced parapet caps and attempted to stop leaks on a small roof section in late summer/fall 2023. It appears they did an acceptable job on most of the parapet caps over the majority of the house. The small roof in the back, however, has been an ongoing issue. We've had continued leaks (in the same places they were before they did any work) and after several attempts of finding the leaks with water tests with no luck, their tone changed. They replaced our shingle roof 5.5 yrs ago and it started developing leaks. Upon inspection, there were numerous issues that were from poor installation practices. Reused flashing, no plastic cement in areas that should have been, etc. These are just a few of the pictures… I called to have them come out and look at the areas identified. Was told it was past the 5 yr warranty and they’d get me on the schedule. A month later and have not heard from them. Already had another reputable company come and fix their shoddy work. Pinnacle was able to help me replace shingles after a large tree limb had fallen on my roof. Diana was fantastic with timely coordination and the team was efficient. This may be a small project, but they still prioritized it to take care of our home. Thank you Pinnacle team!
