I would not rely on them, or go to them again. My home I purchased last year 6/17/24. The inspection was done 6/12/24, and was passed. Ian Joyner did the walk through on the roof. Ian was recommended by my realtor, Karen Altuzar. 10-15 years expected to have with this roof according to the report and them telling me everything was fine. Literally a year living in my home, and I am up to 3 patch jobs needing to be done. That we can physically see that is. Brandon and his team took great care of me! We needed some long needed roof repairs. Chuck came out and took a look and gave us a good description of what was needed and a course of action.
