Doug and Dan were amazing and explained the entire process to me even when the rest of the roofing companies just came by and left a quote. They took the time to show me the shingles they use and explained the warranties as well. They kept me updated the entire process and only took 3 weeks before they were able to come install the roof when the other places quoted me for 2-3 months. Already recommended them to my sister and my neighbors! Thanks again Doug and Dan!
We had a roof and vent installed at our home. The sales person was not well versed in the process and unprepared for several of our questions. We could not communicate with the workers that were roofing the house as they did not speak English and the foreman was not present on the job to translate. They were roofing and did not cut the vent and were unable to understand my husband when he tried to tell them. They put the shingles at the peak but never cut the vents.
