I wish they didn't store the trash and stuff that they remove from customers' properties in huge dumpsters in front of employees' homes 24/7/365. That's where it winds up when it leaves customers' homes, in a huge skip in another residential neighborhood that sits there all the time, blocking parking spaces and making it harder to drive by. When Republic Services hauls the full skip away, they put an empty one in its place. Makes a moldy stink and noise as they do it too. Pinnacle did an amazing job with my flood restoration. They came immediately and started restoring the house and getting everything ready. They packed all our furniture and belongings and put them in a pod, stored everything and brought it back. Travis was very helpful and easy to communicate with. I highly recommend pinnacle to anybody that has a flood restoration issue.
