I inquired about a property and spoke with Thomas Chamoun. After just a few seconds discussing the space and my intended use, he pivoted to interrogating me about where I work, what I do, and whether I “have half a million in the bank.” When I asked why he was asking all this, he said it was so he could decide if he wanted to work with me. The worst of the worst property management company. The property manager, Paul (and refused to give me his last name) speaks to people in condescending tones and does not take any responsibility. They do not EVER respond to you until you call the main office to escalate. The main office or "executive" office staff is just as rude and unpleasant.
