Very friendly and professional staff. Have spoken to a couple different brokers showing me properties in different areas around NYC. They were all very helpful and knowledgeable of the market and also my needs. Looking forward to continuing and growing our relationship.
I inquired about a property and spoke with Thomas Chamoun. After just a few seconds discussing the space and my intended use, he pivoted to interrogating me about where I work, what I do, and whether I “have half a million in the bank.” When I asked why he was asking all this, he said it was so he could decide if he wanted to work with me.
