I would not use this rental company. They do not pick up the phone and are a bit rude. Save your time and money.
I don't understand how I was told that it was understood that I wasn't going to have credit yet since I'm 18, but that was the reason given to me for denying my application. What a waste.
Stay away from them! They will scam you out of your money and break their own rules on the lease. They can't adjust to the market so they raise the price of rent and keep the deposit money (basically theft).
