Finally! This has been the company to finally help me find the house I wanted at the right price. I spent a lot of time with agents who didn't know how to find exactly what I needed. A great amount of knowledge.
Horrible!!!! This company is absolutely awful. Do not waste your time into looking a house listed through them. They received our accepted offer from the bank and held it for days!! When the bank finally reached out, and they don't do that, to tell us they accepted. My realtor sent the updated contract to pinnacle who never returned it to the bank. The bank accepted another offer!!! When my realtor called the office Jack "Russell" coordinator Jill is extremely rude and nasty. You can't get these people to return messages or ... read more
If I could rate negative stars, I would. This company is, without a doubt, the most unprofessionally run establishment I've ever had the displeasure of working with. We were forced to work with Jill, whose title is actually "coordinator" and not even "broker," to close on a house. Her representation of herself, Pinnacle and Freddie Mac were below elementary, often bordering on levels of incompetence.
