Mindy was truly wonderful. I never thought the property would sell so fast and it would be so easily handled. I had never sold a house before and she made it so easy. Mindy is very knowledgeable and walks you through everything. There were some hiccups caused by weather that occurred and she knew who to call, besides my insurance, to help get everything repaired and back on track! I wish I could give more than 5 stars! Mindy was an absolute dream of a realtor. She knows the area so very well and will do what ever it takes to satisfy her clients. She went out of her way to help my wife and I find a home with everything we were looking for. She was always available to answer any questions and did what ever she could to benefit us as the buyers

Complete satisfaction. We looked up Mindy Wardlaw online and saw that she was a "go-getter." We were moving from Indiana to Louisiana, so we didn't have time for delinquency, and we also wanted someone who would pressure somebody if need be. We found all that and more in Mindy Wardlaw. Above and Beyond! Mindy was absolutely the best choice for us. Extremely knowledgeable, motivated, and professional. She was there for us every step of the way and exceeded our expectations.
