We recently sold our house to Mindy’s clients. Mindy was unprofessional, uncommunicative and lacked common courtesy. The first showing they came through she failed to lock my house back before leaving and left lights on. The second time they came through for another showing they stayed nearly an hour beyond the scheduled window of the showing without even a message to my agent asking if it was ok that they stay. I was left to wait outside until they finished their business and then they brought an offer that was ridiculous.... read more
