We sold our house to our daughter at a very discounted price so for her inheritance and so she ould pass it down to my granddaughter. The realtor, Ms Aguilaera was fully aware of this and knew that was why we were selling the house. She sold it knowing my daughter was going to turn around and use to sell the house a month later without our knowledge. And for a much higher price. I also never discussed until that day about gifting the equity and was bullied into it at signing 😕 Now I understand why.
