Sent a request for a tour of a rental property. The Realtor Emy Hassan who responded was very rude in her responses. She refused me an in-person tour and claimed a video tour was just the same as in person! Anyone who has ever rented anything knows there is a big big difference and they hide all the not so savory issues in a video. She acted put out to even respond. I would not recommend her as a realtor or this company if that's the quality of employees they keep.
I was interested in a house that had just came on the market, I spoke with Ryan who was the owner/brokerage and because of him I will never do business with this company. Ryan proceeded to tell me that the offer I was submitting wasn't good enough and when I informed him that I knew they would not accept it and I just wanted to see what they came back with he asked me why would they come back with anything when they have received better offers... VERY unprofessional and rude.
