Horrible property management company. Apartment (600 sq ft) was cleaned immaculately upon lease ending. They took our full deposit. We had to write a letter to show that we caused no damage and got only half of our money back. AVOID AVOID AVOID.

If i could give half stars I still wouldn’t ! They have completely screwed me by not Renewing my lease, gave me a vacate letter 40 days after a 3 part surgery in my shoulder, outta work, and couldn’t find my lease. They stories will be viral soon. Pinnacle also will not Respond to my attorney and legal team. Or meet me for a formal walk thru at move out. I better get my deposit back, after kicking me out, and can’t find my move in sheet also. 🤷🏽♀️
