I keep getting emails about an unpaid bill even though I have payed everything. It feels very scam like. You also can’t access a history of paid payments on their website.
I can't believe places like this exist. Stay away!
I received some random bill for services I did not use and I know my insurance covers all of it , sounds fishy though me

I called the phone number on the email to request a statement, and Jason, the representative, told me a statement had not previously been mailed to me due to my address not being activated. Terrible billing process! I just received a letter in the mail stating that they are about to submit my bill to a collections company. Allegedly this is for an x-Ray from 7 months ago and I seriously doubt my previous payment was properly applied to the bill.
