I received some random bill for services I did not use and I know my insurance covers all of it , sounds fishy though me
I received an email with the following statement, "Thank you for entrusting PINNACLE RADIOLOGY PLLC with your care. We want to remind you that the balance for your care at Mercy Hospital NW Arkansas OP is still due." I have not received a statement from them prior to this email. I called the phone number on the email to request a statement, and Jason, the representative, told me a statement had not previously been mailed to me due to my address not being activated. Terrible billing process! I just received a letter in the mail stating that they are about to submit my bill to a collections company. Allegedly this is for an x-Ray from 7 months ago and I seriously doubt my previous payment was properly applied to the bill.
I give Pinnacle Radiology 1 star for effort. At least they have a website! I have had a lot of radiology testing done in 2024 thru Mercy and they use Pinnacle Radiology as their provider for services. It is impossible to speak with a live person at Pinnacle Radiology. The one time I dealt with someone on line regarding my bill the person was very unprofessional and very blunt. I do believe the next time I have a choice it wont be testing thru Mercy. I cant believe Mercy allows this company to provide services for them. Some ... read more
