Text about a bill that seemed like a hoax. Finally found them on Google and see that my experience is the same as other’s. No bill ever received, just a text with an amount. No date, no info, just an amount. Seems very scammy to me since I have never heard of Pinnacle Radiology and did everything through Mercy whose bills I have all paid.
Has anyone figured out what’s happening with this scam? It seems that they must have stolen our personal information, including medical records, and they’re sending fake bills that eventually end up in collections.
Services are okay but the billing is never correct making me dread each time I do business with Pinnacle Radiology.
I have been calling for months to pay a bill. Nobody answers the phone or returns a call. The link to pay the bill doesn't work and the amount billed doesn't match the agreement with BCBS
Tried to double-bill my insurance two different times and now have a $503 bill (that I don’t actually owe) in collections. Beyond ridiculous.
