Luke was very kind during my assessment and he made the whole process easy and understandable. He took his time to answer all my questions (I had alot!!!) and he never made me feel uncomfortable.
I walked into Dr. Luke Bigler office at Pinnacle Psychology without an appointment but he was gracious enough to create time for me. I found him to be very professional and kind. In one of the sessions I sat with him, he took time to explain and elaborate things to me in a way I could understand. I recommend him to anyone needing Psychology Services.
Luke's five-star ratings were alluring, especially having thirteen of them. Had I looked closer, before taking my daughter to his practice, I'd have noticed that five of the thirteen reviews were written by colleagues between 5 and 6 months ago. During that same time period, three other 5-star reviews were posted by individuals with no description of service. Dr. Bigler is the colleague I reach out to when I need to discuss a difficult case or ask for help conceptualizing the challenges one of my patients is facing. He is clear in his treatment recommendations and what steps to take to achieve those goals. As a psychologist, I am very discerning with whom I seek advice, and I always weight feedback from Dr. Bigler with the highest regard. I have experienced him to be a highly competent professional to the extent that I refer my own family members to seek out his services.
