If you are looking for a psych eval to satisfy a requirement by the state board of nursing I highly recommend against the services offered by this institution. My evaluator included in his report details that were not accurate and entirely untrue, almost as if he got my case confused with someone else’s or acted purely out of carelessness. I was notified by the board that there is nothing I can do about this and that they have to go based on what the evaluator states in his documentation. The team, especially Luke Bigler, did an excellent job with my son’s psychological evaluation. They were very thorough, respectful, and took the time to truly listen to my concerns as a parent. The evaluation gave me clarity and helped me better understand my son’s needs, as well as how to advocate for him at school and with services. I really appreciate their professionalism and dedication throughout the entire process. I highly recommend Luke Bigler and his team to any parent seeking answers and support for their child.

I walked into Dr. Luke Bigler office at Pinnacle Psychology without an appointment but he was gracious enough to create time for me. I found him to be very professional and kind. In one of the sessions I sat with him, he took time to explain and elaborate things to me in a way I could understand. I recommend him to anyone needing Psychology Services.
