The team, especially Luke Bigler, did an excellent job with my son’s psychological evaluation. They were very thorough, respectful, and took the time to truly listen to my concerns as a parent. The evaluation gave me clarity and helped me better understand my son’s needs, as well as how to advocate for him at school and with services. I really appreciate their professionalism and dedication throughout the entire process. I highly recommend Luke Bigler and his team to any parent seeking answers and support for their child.
Luke was very kind during my assessment and he made the whole process easy and understandable. He took his time to answer all my questions (I had alot!!!) and he never made me feel uncomfortable.
I walked into Dr. Luke Bigler office at Pinnacle Psychology without an appointment but he was gracious enough to create time for me. I found him to be very professional and kind. In one of the sessions I sat with him, he took time to explain and elaborate things to me in a way I could understand. I recommend him to anyone needing Psychology Services.
Luke's five-star ratings were alluring, especially having thirteen of them. Had I looked closer, before taking my daughter to his practice, I'd have noticed that five of the thirteen reviews were written by colleagues between 5 and 6 months ago. During that same time period, three other 5-star reviews were posted by individuals with no description of service.
