Pinnacle Psychiatric Associates are always responsive and incredibly helpful. They truly care about their patients. Highly recommend!
My girlfriend moved from SC to NJ in June. Denis was her psychiatrist. Her doctor in NJ has put in multiple calls for her medical records. He has yet to send them. She’s called him multiple times requesting her records. He says he will send them, hangs up, and never send them. She’s gone over two months without medication because Denis doesn’t know how to use a fax or email. I’m going to leave a negative review each day until he sends the records.
I have enjoyed my experience with Mr. Ingle. He has been the best I have worked with. I highly recommend him.
Denis Ingle was never on time for any single appointment I had with him (I had SIX). The first appointment was in-person and he was 25 minutes late. The rest were online and he was still always late. The last online appointment he missed completely. I never received ANY calls or emails to reschedule or to explain the missed appointment. He is a nice person but I can not recommend him.
Mr. Ingle has changed my life exponentially !! I am able to live a normal life and everyone around me notices. He genuinely cares and I'm grateful and satisfied with the help I am getting
