I feel sorry for everyone who is in a community run by Pinnacle Properties. You have absolutely gotten the bottom of the barrel with this company. It is incomprehensible how poor their customer service skills are. You are so insignificant to them that they literally do not respond to you no matter how many times you try to get assistance.
RecommendedPinnacle and it’s staff provide outstanding customer service. I always receive immediate responses to voicemail or email requests.
Pinnacle Properties is owned and operated by incompetent people. They never respond to emails. If you call their emergency line, they never answer. If you make a report to them about something that requires their immediate attention, it is never taken care of . They are also very unorganized. The customer service they provide is awful. Fantastic, the service is great. I have no more headaches with my rental properties. Pinnacle Properties takes care of everything and mails me a check each month. No more phone calls from tenants telling me stories of all kinds as to why they can not pay. I would recommend Pinnacle Properties MGMT to everyone.KarenGlen Burnie
