Family of 6, including our dog and cat.. Ac unit went out in our apt Aug 7th, 2025. Emergency/on call maintenance line ignored my calls until I went into the office the following day. The leasing rep and property manager, Denise said it was a glitch in the system that she just fixedand they weren’t aware our ac was out. Temps have reached 95 and my animals are suffering. By fair the worst company to work for. Corporate leaders all they want is to demand and request improvements and numbers, but they don’t even understand their own assets. Corporate leaders are supposed to be visiting properties and they don’t even bother to stop by, but they sure want to dictate and demand. If they would just take the time to really understand the assets in their needs, then they wouldn’t overwork and burn out their employees. Shameful treatment of displaced families. Cushman & Wakefield has shown a complete lack of empathy, accountability, and transparency in the aftermath of the Cooper Street apartment fire.
