Been here 8 years. It keeps improving. Regular updates throughout. Staffing improvements. And a perfect location.

I’m not sure if this property group just doesn’t care about their buildings or if they’re so incompetent that they’re unable to maintain them. When I was a tenant at their Lakershore property there was constant issues with the building; plumbing issues, water leaks, power failures, even an incident where the patio roof collapsed in front of the Lobby.
