Neighbors are nice. They respect your privacy, but the only problem is they want their rent on time they want you to have that lease signed but there’s bedbugs throughout the whole building. There’s elderly people living there. I was unsatisfied with this apartment complex. The landlord didn't want to fix anything, plow the snow or get rid of mice. They don't spend money to make anything look nice or modern. To top it off they want 900 rent for 400sq feet. The landlord sleeps during his shift and goes to the grocery store. Nothing but slum lords.

Many residents have been living at Pinnacle Properties for over 10 years. All of these residents are older more mature people. There are also college students. For the most part everyone greets each other outside their apartment in a friendly manner. They treat their neighbors with respect. Take parking for example. There is no assigned parking. The tenant's park where they park out of respect for each other! No one violates this! It's unspoken it just is what it is, respect. If you get stuck, people who can help, do help ea... read more
