I really wish Pinnacle Propane was not the only company servicing Cedar Hill, especially in the Lake Ridge area. I called to have my tank filled and ended up paying $1,044 for propane. However, when the delivery was completed, my tank was only at about 65% roughly 300 gallons. That is nowhere near a full tank. Multiple trips to fill bottles and told they can’t for whatever reason… waist of time
Absolutely worst customer service ive ever dealt with for any company selling a service. They dont answer any platform of communication and they dont have a delivery schedule. Its so unorganized it should be shut down.
Been a customer for 20 years when the company was Huffiness. Customer service phone line is one of the worst that I have ever had to deal with. I call the Dallas branch and stayed on the phone for over an hour. I just have up. My reason for calling is my tank is at 16 percent and I am a metered customer. 0 stars. You are not even answering calls. You dont know when you can come out. Its been over a week. There should be a SLA on propane delivery and penalty when you dont meet that. Propane delivery companies needs to reviewed and made easier for customers to switch to more reliable companies. If you cannot meet the customer demand, then be honest.
