Awesome company
Poor customer service since we’ve been bought out by Pinnacle propane. They don’t send you a bill & when you call if you get through & before they hang up on you but they don’t know what going on and cans explain anything to you. Shopping for new propane company.
Worst Company to deal with. All our North Texas locations have been out of products for over a month. They never deliver when they promise. Never ever buy product from Pinnacle propane company. We are cancelling all our vendor contracts with this company. Always out of products, poor customer service. Management has no clue about anything.
WE HAVE BEEN OUT OF PROPANE IN TEXAS STORE FOR MORE THAN A MONTH . CALLING THEM EVERY DAY TILL TODAY NO SCHEDULE AND THEY DON'T KNOW WHEN WE WILL GET THE DELIVERY. THIS KIND OF SERVICE MAY KILL ANY BUSINESS, SO PLEASE THINK 10 TIMES BEFORE GETTING SERVICE FROM THIS COMPANY.
