Pinnacle Propane is not ethical. Had a delivery person come to the house to fill propane tank. He called me and left a message saying he could not fill tank due to not being able to get nozzle on orifice. Also said a piece was broke off by delivery port and would need to be replaced. Called another propane company in our area. They came out, filled the tank with no problems, nothing was broke off and delivery was completed. Do not deal with this company.
