If I could give 0 stars I would. I ordered gas Monday, was told it'll be delivered "Later this week" Friday "they don't show my order but they're sure it'll be there by Monday" It's Wednesday. I've been on hold for 42 minutes. Again the last with the TV blasting in the background.
Had a delivery and called to see if I could pay over a couple of months. They freaked out and sent the driver out the next morning to collect. I said here’s my credit card. He couldn’t take it. I would have been perfectly fine if they had said no we can’t do that instead of being so completely rude. I will never do business with them again and I was a customer for at least 8 years. One star is one too many.

I took two days off from work to get propane from this company. Their driver came out and did the inspection because it had been a few years since they filled our tank. They came out on Thursday and looked at the hose and cutoff valve, then said they were not up to code and that they needed to be replaced with the appropriate code approved items before they could fill our tank.
