I am not a pinnacle customer but I haven't received the support needed from the company that replaced my single speed pump with a multi speed pump from a programming perspective. I spotted a pinnacle truck at my neighbors house and spoke to "Fred" that was repairing a filter system. I explained my problem to Fred and asked for some advice. Fred the project manager was working on my neighbors yard and accidentally popped off a corner of the fence. I walked over and in minutes in the rain he had it patched up for me. Very professional and kind guy. Will be going through him when I am ready for my pool
My wife and I decided to build a pool after 4 years in Texas and called several pool companies. We met with Pinnacle Pools salesperson Dre. He walked us thru the process and designs that fit our wants and needs. I asked him to hold our hands through this process (bad reputations with pool companies in the public eyes)which he did.
