We had an excellent experience with Pinnacle Pools for our new pool build. We interviewed several companies and Pinnacle’s representative, Jared, sealed the deal. Jared was extremely personable and patient in explaining the process, answering our questions, and tweaking the design to ensure it met our needs. Pinnacle's work included a pool, concrete, and artificial turf. Overall, our pool turned out beautiful, and there were definitely some positives. The biggest positive was working with Jet. He was excellent throughout the design process and remained my primary point of contact during the project. He is personable, responsive, and genuinely seems to care about delivering a great product. Terry and the folks at pinnacle pools were a genuine pleasure to work with on our backyard project. They put together a beautiful design after listening to what we really wanted and brought options and ideas to the table that fit our vision and our budget. Pinnacle Pools and Landscape did a fantastic job on our pool and backyard project. Communication was smooth throughout the entire process, especially with Jet Wolfe, who kept everything organized and easy. The speed of the project was impressive — the pool and landscaping were completed in less than six weeks and ready to use by March 15, well ahead of summer.
