My husband and I were very dissatisfied with Terry in both in quality of work and in his professionalism. The straw that broke the camel's back was when he threatened to "friendly" wrestle my husband because he questioned the large gaps and overlaps on the artificial grass seams. Well, I suppose that happens when he uses scissors to cut the seams (evidenced with non-straight cuts on underside of artificial grass from attached pictures). Terry Neeley was the MOST MEDIOCRE contractor I've ever dealt with in my entire life. Personally having extensive construction background, I had initially hired Terry because he seemed to be knowledgeable in the proposed work and was very fast in responding to all my inquiries when compared to other potential contractors (most never ever responded to me). My job consisted of 3500+ sqft of concrete work in both the front and backyard, a 40 ft retaining wall, 1400+ sqft of artificial grass and 300+ sqft of landscape rocks in t... read more
