Pinnacle Pools and Landscape did a fantastic job on our pool and backyard project. Communication was smooth throughout the entire process, especially with Jet Wolfe, who kept everything organized and easy. The speed of the project was impressive — the pool and landscaping were completed in less than six weeks and ready to use by March 15, well ahead of summer. Called to get an estimate for a new build. Guy showed up thought it was a resurface and didn't know how to do new build estimates. He said he wanted to refer me to someone else and they'd call me to do the estimate. Total waste of time, guy didn't give any information or value. No one followed up. Time wasters. Edit after reply: you have poor record keeping. I, however, have excellent record keeping. Speak with your team! It was indeed your team!

Pinnacle Pools did a very good job of resurfacing and re-tiling our pool. They were always on time and very easy to work with. The pool looks great and they let me place the four turtle tiles exactly where I wanted them.Our main contact with them was perhaps the nicest person that I have ever dealt with in the construction industry.
