My husband and I have called the Conway office 6 times in total together and left a message on Pam's voice mail, she does not return calls nor have another person in office to answer the phone. Both the receptionist line and office manger line goes to Pam.

We used Pinnacle Point for our son who was struggling with his emotions at school. They were supposed to start last fall but haven't heard a single thing from them. No follow up. Nothing. The only way we know services are even happening is our son's teacher said he gets pulled and of course we get a bill. I've tried several times to get someone to give me a report but haven't been successful.
